Meta has quietly launched two new artificial intelligence applications called Waddle World and Style Sketch, where users can chat with virtual pets and keep journals.
Meta has introduced a new artificial intelligence application called Waddle World, combining a Tamagotchi-style virtual pet game and a journaling app.
Meta has released an application named Waddle World, where virtual pets chat with users and generate illustrations to depict conversations. According to Apple and Play Store listings, this platform, which looks like a 16-bit pet care game, stands out as a journal-based application designed under the guise of a pet.
Application descriptions state that users should communicate with their pets by talking rather than texting, and that relaxing mini-games such as stacking market items or word games are also included. Noticed by social media consultant Matt Navarra, the app is noted to be free and offered exclusively to adult users in the Philippines.
On the other hand, Meta has also quietly launched an AI-based fashion application called Style Sketch, which was made accessible in Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand, also as detected by Matt Navarra.
