Minister Vu Hai Quan to Answer Questions in the National Assembly on November 12

The 16th National Assembly will focus on finance, science, and technology during its first question-and-answer session of the term on November 12, 2026. Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan will directly answer three main groups of questions of concern to voters.

Three main groups of topics have been designated for Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan to address during the session scheduled for November 12, 2026. First, the results of implementing science, technology, and innovation tasks in accordance with the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024, will be reviewed, discussing resource allocation, resolving inefficient usage issues, strategic technologies, and the promotion of business investments. Under the second heading, the promotion of digital transformation in state management, the building of a digital government, economy, and society, as well as the integration and sharing across databases, are targeted. The third group includes the management, development, and promotion of artificial intelligence applications, along with the improvement of information security and safety standards in this field.
