In inspections conducted to ensure food safety, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announced products involved in imitation or adulteration that could endanger health, along with the responsible companies, via a published list. The disclosed list identified non-compliances across many different categories, ranging from dairy products to meat, and from olive oil to honey products.

The current list shared by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry included fraudulent practices detected in products of companies operating in various provinces. While vegetable oil was detected in certain butter and yogurt brands within the dairy products category, it was determined that poultry meat, offal (head meat, heart, tongue, gizzard), and mechanically separated poultry meat were mixed into meat and meat products. The blending of seed oils was identified in olive oils, and cases of imitation and adulteration were detected in apiculture products.
