It has been announced that 38 thousand non-physician healthcare workers will be employed within the Ministry of Health before the year ends. In line with the decision published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, new contracted positions have been established, while candidates await the OSYM preference guide and application calendar.

In line with the published official decisions, new contracted positions have been established to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of health services nationwide. According to the decision published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, employment steps planned for regions and service branches experiencing difficulties in recruiting personnel have been clarified. With the regulation, personnel units to work in emergency health services, community health centers, district health directorates, health houses, and inpatient treatment institutions have been determined. Minister of Health Kemal Memisoglu stated in a post on his social media account, "May the appointment of 38 thousand non-physician healthcare workers be auspicious for our great health family. I express my gratitude to our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, for his support." Within the scope of the projection, appointments will be made in the branches of health officer, midwife, nurse, dietitian, and health technician.
