Risk Monitoring Plans

The Food Safety Department requested health units in provinces and cities to take action, taking into account past audit results and potential food poisoning cases.

Local governments were asked to proactively identify potential hazards and product groups that should be prioritized for monitoring throughout 2027.

Inspections and Legal Actions

It was decided to place a special focus on product groups under health sector management and to closely monitor elements threatening public health.

It was emphasized that actions in compliance with legal regulations must be implemented without delay and the situation must be reported in the face of identified risks and hazards.

Reporting Schedule

A requirement was introduced for local governments to compile their monitoring results for 2026 and submit them to the relevant authorities before December 20, 2026.

During this process, institutions will also complete preparations for comprehensive inspection and control plans for 2027.
