Ministry of Health Delegation Inspects Healthcare Facilities in Kayseri

A high-level delegation from the Ministry of Health visited Kayseri to inspect the delivery of healthcare services on-site. During the contacts, public health efforts and the enhancement of primary healthcare services were addressed.
Working Visit to Kayseri
Senior figures from the Ministry of Health came to the city to monitor on-site efforts aimed at making healthcare services more effective and efficient in Kayseri.
Dr. Murat Ağırtaş, Deputy General Manager of Public Health, and the accompanying delegation received detailed information about health activities in Kayseri.
Meeting at the Provincial Health Directorate
The delegation met with Dr. Mehmet Erşan, Kayseri Provincial Health Director, in his office to evaluate public health services across the city.
During the meeting, issues encountered during the provision of healthcare services and solutions to these problems were discussed.
Field Inspections in Centers
Following the meeting at the Provincial Directorate, officials went out into the field and visited the Melikgazi Healthy Life Center.
The delegation also toured the Hikmet-Yunus Özsuveren Family Health Center and received information from authorities about the work carried out at the facilities.
Primary Care Services
One of the most important agenda items of the visits consisted of primary care services, which are the primary point of contact for citizens in the health system.
