Biography of Bayrakdar
Born in Kocaeli in 1971, Bayrakdar graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations, and after serving in various senior positions in finance, tax administration, and public finance, was serving as the Head of the Revenue Administration.
Agricultural Enterprises and Meat and Milk Board Appointments
