It has been revealed that 36-year-old carpenter Kaylub Giamanco, who stopped the 16-year-old school attacker in Oregon by shooting him, previously participated in shooting exercises with Iraq War veterans.
New details have emerged about Kaylub Giamanco, who neutralized the 16-year-old attacker who killed three children and a teacher at an elementary school in Oregon, USA. It was determined that in a 2018 social media post, Giamanco carried out military shooting exercises with veterans who fought in Iraq.
A 2018 Facebook post by Giamanco included information that he shot with a group of veterans who had participated in combat in Iraq. However, police officials and the Giamanco family did not establish any connection between these exercises and the incident at the school. While his mother, Kenda Freeman, stated that her son called her immediately after the event to explain the situation, his brother, Kyle Giamanco, expressed discomfort with being referred to as a hero.
