İŞKUR üzerinden yayımlanan hastane ilanlarında KPSS şartı aranmıyor

The absence of a KPSS score requirement in healthcare sector postings published via the İŞKUR e-Branch causes them to be confused with public recruitments among candidates. It was reported that these postings do not cover public hospitals, but rather private hospitals, medical centers, and private health polyclinics.

The main reason for the absence of a KPSS requirement in the postings on the İŞKUR platform is that these positions are not in the status of civil servants or 4/B contracted public personnel. Among the most in-demand positions in these postings opened by private health institutions are cleaning staff, patient registration-admission, medical secretary, private security, paramedic, and ambulance driver.

The recruitment of 38,000 non-physician contracted healthcare personnel announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will be carried out by the Ministry of Health and is independent of the private sector postings on İŞKUR. The application guide or quota distribution for this recruitment has not been published yet. In addition, the staff regulation of 31,054 personnel in the Official Gazette only includes specialist physician and physician positions under Law No. 4924.
