Speaking at a developer and investor conference in Berlin, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang called on Europe to accelerate the growth of its artificial intelligence industry. Noting that Europe holds only 5 percent of global AI computing capacity, Huang introduced the Vera Rubin DSK Pod, a modular system capable of reducing data center construction times from months to days, and announced that they have invested $10 billion in European startups and partners over the past year.

Addressing roughly 3,000 developers, analysts, and journalists at the Tempodrom in Berlin, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated that Europe's AI economy is gaining momentum. Highlighting European partner companies such as Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen's Audi during the conference, Huang noted that technology is evolving from language models to physical AI in manufacturing. Meanwhile, after being briefly interrupted by a group of protesters during his speech, Huang addressed security concerns by discussing OpenShell, an open-source software that audits AI applications for compliance with company policies and provides external oversight.
