Orzax strengthens its financial structure with IPO proceeds
Orzax CFO Yüksel Akarsu announced that they will reduce import dependency by increasing domestic production with the Esenyurt Factory-3 investment and IPO proceeds.
While Orzax uses its IPO proceeds to strengthen working capital and reduce indebtedness, it aims to increase domestic production and provide cost advantages with the Esenyurt Factory-3 investment.
Esenyurt Factory-3 Investment and Domestic Production
Esenyurt Factory-3 is planned to be gradually commissioned by the end of 2026, following the validation and licensing processes.
It aims to reduce import dependency through the domestic production of probiotic microorganism strains and biotechnological active ingredients.
Capital Expenditures and Financial Goals
With the completion of the Factory-3 investment, the ratio of capital expenditures to sales is projected to drop to 1 percent as of 2027.
It is expected that unit costs will decrease and the gross profit margin will rise through vertical integration.
Net Working Capital and Liquidity Management
Orzax's net working capital exceeded 3.2 billion TL in the first half of 2026, while its current ratio stood at 1.56.
The company continuously updates its liquidity buffers using multi-scenario modeling.
