The People's Party (HP) Health Committee announced new projects and regulations to be implemented in the healthcare system to the public.

In the statement made by the People's Party (HP) Health Committee, it was reported that the "General Health Insurance for Everyone" project aims to register the entire population living in the country and put an end to unregistered living. Noting that citizens will be able to receive healthcare services from wherever they want, whether public or private, the statement expressed that public hospitals will be operated at full capacity and emergency departments will be relieved.

The statement also emphasized that the migration of physicians and healthcare workers will be halted, a true e-Health era will be initiated, and shortages and waiting times for medications and examinations will be ended. While it was stated that preventive healthcare will be a priority, it was conveyed that mothers, children, the elderly, and individuals with special needs will be protected.

It was noted that patient and physician rights will be strengthened, and food, water, air, and environmental security will be addressed as an integral component of public health. Expressing that transparency, accountability, justice, and trust will be the basis in health policies, it was reiterated that health is not a favor, but a constitutional right.
