Development processes and performance metrics of rookie players in Major League Baseball (MLB) organizations were evaluated through wRC+ and fWAR statistics.

Drawing attention within the Colorado Rockies, Rumfield achieved a 124 wRC+ and 2.5 fWAR, charting a successful trajectory despite the team's past player development difficulties. Although Benge possesses a 118 wRC+ value, he reached a higher fWAR value with his defensive and baserunning skills.

Stewart stood out with 112 wRC+ and 2.0 fWAR statistics, drawing attention particularly with his performance in high-pressure moments and with runners in scoring position (RISP). Wetherholt also became another name in this group with high fWAR values.

Evaluation: The analysis suggests that versatile players who can reach the 4+ fWAR level play a more critical role for team success than players with one-way hitting power.
