Stating that through this gathering young people can come together with God on both a personal and communal level, the Pope expressed that participants will celebrate their diverse backgrounds as members of the Body of Christ.
The theme for the gathering in Seoul has been set as "Take courage! I have conquered the world." Pope Leo called on young people to bring their dreams, hopes, and struggles to this event, stating that God is waiting for them.
