Preparations Underway for the 2026 Hung Yen Province Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition
The Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen Province reviewed the first-stage results of the entrepreneurship competition, which received 317 entries, and discussed preparations for the subsequent rounds.
The Organizing Committee under the Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen Province held a conference to evaluate the first-stage results of the 2026 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition and discuss preparations for the upcoming rounds.
Purpose of the Conference
During the meeting held at the Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen Province, the results of the initial implementation phase were examined, and the contents for the preliminary and final rounds were discussed and finalized.
Application and Participant Figures
According to the presented report, as of October 10, 2026, a total of 317 valid entries were submitted to the competition, consisting of 146 startup ideas and 171 product projects.
It was also stated that over 2,000 participants were reached thanks to 5 promotional events organized to provide information about the competition.
Main Objectives of the Competition
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen Province, emphasized that the competition aims to inspire and spread the entrepreneurial spirit and encourage the development of the ecosystem.
Emphasis on Objectivity and Transparency
The Organizing Committee considered strengthening the jury members, improving the working rules, and refining the scoring process to ensure that the evaluation process is objective and transparent.
