According to the 2027 Presidential Annual Program, interest-free loans were granted to 102,327 newly marrying couples as of August 2026 within the scope of the Supporting Young Couples in Marriage Project carried out under the Family and Youth Fund. With the regulation made in January of this year, loan amounts were increased to 250,000 liras if both spouses are between the ages of 18-25, and to 200,000 liras if at least one of them is between the ages of 26-29.

In addition, it is planned to diversify family counseling and training services, increase specialization, and conduct research to identify the underlying problems of divorces.
