In accordance with the protocol signed between the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the decisions of the Çorum Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Protection Board, individuals with a free community service obligation are playing an active role across the city. While carrying out hygiene and organization work in dormitories, training halls, and administrative buildings affiliated with the Çorum Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, probationers also support the maintenance of the 15,000-capacity Çorum City Stadium used by Çorum Football Club.
In the field of education, within the scope of the project carried out in cooperation with the Çorum Probation Directorate and the Provincial Directorate of National Education, painting and maintenance work was carried out in 5 schools and detailed cleaning work in 2 schools prior to the 2025-2026 academic year. Out of 34 probationers who attended the "Painting Course" opened by the Çorum Public Education Center Directorate, 30 became eligible to receive certificates after theoretical and practical training. The project aims to reintegrate probationers into society by acquiring a profession and to meet the physical needs of public institutions free of charge.
