Public Framework Protocol Panel by Öz Sağlık-İş Union

A panel was organized by the Öz Sağlık-İş Union to evaluate the Public Framework Protocol and the collective bargaining agreement system, which are of close concern to public workers in the health and social services sector. The event, held in Antalya, discussed the functioning of the current system, achievements, and proposed solutions.

Öz Sağlık-İş Union organized a panel titled "Public Framework Protocol and Collective Bargaining Agreement System: Gains, Problems, and Proposed Solutions" to examine in all its aspects the Public Framework Protocol and the collective bargaining agreement system, which are of critical importance for public workers serving in the health and social services sector. This meeting, held in Antalya, aimed to improve collective bargaining processes in line with the rights and expectations of public workers.

The panel was moderated by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Merve Özaydın, a faculty member at Hacı Bayram Veli University's Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Speakers included Prof. Dr. Haluk Hadi Sümer, Head of the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Selçuk University Faculty of Law; İsmail Öztürk, Deputy Chairman of Öz Sağlık-İş Union responsible for collective bargaining; and Ahmet Karaderili, Chief Expert at TÜHİS. The event, which brought together academic knowledge and field-based union experience, evaluated the effects of the collective bargaining agreement system on working life from various dimensions.
