Public Sports Games Finals Begin in Denizli

The Public Sports Games, held for the fourth time this year under the coordination of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, have reached the final stage in Denizli. While table tennis and basketbol competitions have concluded in the organization where a total of 570 public employees participated in volleyball, futsal, basketball, and table tennis branches, the countdown has begun for the final matches in the volleyball and futsal branches.

In the organization where competitions in table tennis and basketball branches have been completed, the volleyball and futsal finals will be played at the Kınıklı KYK Sports Hall. In the futsal final on Saturday, October 24 at 11:30 AM, the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and the Tavas District Governorate teams will face each other for the championship.

In the volleyball branch, two semi-final matches will be held on Saturday, October 24 at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. On Sunday, October 25, the third-place match will take place at 3:00 PM, and the volleyball final match at 4:30 PM. Following the matches, a mass award ceremony covering all branches will be organized at 6:00 PM.

Futsal semi-finals were watched from the stands together by Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Süleyman Erdoğan and Serinhisar District Governor İsmail Alsancak. It was reported that the teams ranking in the top two positions in their branches will participate in competitions to be held in different provinces between November 05 and November 11, 2026.
