Criticism of the Job Location Change

Chamber of Dentists President Turhan Ulutekin criticized the assignment of dentist Mine Oğuzcan Özkurt, who had been working at Cengiz Topel Hospital for 10 years, to Camlıbel following her transition to a permanent staff position.

Continuity of Healthcare Services

In his written statement, Ulutekin pointed out that changing the duty station of a colleague who knows the regional population and her patients should be evaluated in terms of the continuity of healthcare services.

Emphasis on Merit and Fairness

It was emphasized that while planning public health services, uninterrupted access of patients to healthcare should be taken into account alongside merit and fairness.

Unfinished Treatments

It was noted that reports indicating disruptions in dentist services at Cengiz Topel Hospital and left-over unfinished treatments for patients increased the importance of the issue.
