Rental opportunism warning in Kırşehir ahead of student registrations and relocation period

Zeynal Biçici, President of the All Real Estate Consultants Association, stated that rental prices should not be exploited ahead of student registrations and the relocation period in Kırşehir, and called for caution against individuals without authorization certificates.

Stating that students have started coming to Kırşehir with their families to complete their registration procedures, Zeynal Biçici, President of the All Real Estate Consultants Association, expressed that the search for apart-hotels, furnished houses, and rental apartments intensifies following the registrations. Conveying that they are carrying out efforts to prevent students and parents from experiencing grievances, Biçici emphasized that one must be selective in choosing a real estate consultant.

Biçici said that transactions should not be made, in particular, with individuals who do not possess an authorization certificate issued by the Ministry of Trade and are not registered with the relevant professional organizations. Expressing that they are combating individuals who operate in this field despite not being real estate agents, Biçici requested that students and parents check the necessary documents during the rental process.

Noting that some property owners in Kırşehir are trying to turn student registrations and relocation periods into an opportunity, Biçici stated attempts are being made to rent out low-priced houses at high prices. Biçici emphasized that these periods should not be used to increase rental prices.
