Bringing Salvador Dalí's art together with science and technology, the international Dalí Cybernetics exhibition will open to visitors on October 22 at the Digital Experience Center under Kültür AŞ, a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and tickets will be made available for pre-sale.

International Tour and Istanbul Adaptation

Having first met art enthusiasts in Barcelona in 2022, the exhibition has traveled to 14 cities, including London, Tel Aviv, Copenhagen, Berlin, Lisbon, Athens, and Bruges, reaching hundreds of thousands of visitors.

Developed with the approval of the Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation, the exhibition has been specially readapted in Istanbul according to the technological capabilities of the Digital Experience Center.

Technology and Science Themed Areas

Spanning an area of approximately 2,000 square meters, the exhibition features large-scale projections, archival footage, interactive installations, and virtual reality applications.

Dalí's interest in scientific concepts such as the fourth dimension, optical illusions, nuclear and quantum physics, DNA, and geometry constitutes one of the fundamental elements of the exhibition.

Salvador Dalí Selection Through the Lens of Ara Güler

One of the special sections of the exhibition will be a selection of Salvador Dalí through the lens of Ara Güler.

Composed of photographs taken by Ara Güler during his meetings with Dalí in 1971, this selection will offer an opportunity to look at the artist's life from a different perspective.
