Senior Management Appointments and Role Changes at İş Bankası
Following the approval processes of the BRSA, the Board of Directors of İş Bankası has appointed four individuals as Deputy General Managers and also carried out new general manager assignments at various institutions.
With the decision taken at the İş Bankası Board of Directors meeting, and following the necessary permissions and notifications to the BRSA, Ozan Uyar, Kenan Ayvacı, Z. Mehmet Tuğtan, and Murat Doğan have been appointed as Deputy General Managers. Changes were also made to certain subsidiary and coordinator roles within the bank.
According to the bank's Board of Directors decision, Ozan Uyar, General Manager of Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB); Kenan Ayvacı, General Manager of İş Investment; Z. Mehmet Tuğtan, General Manager of Anadolu Insurance; and Murat Doğan, Manager of the Bank's Subsidiaries Department, were appointed as Deputy General Managers following the necessary notifications to and approvals from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA).
Within the same process, Sezgin Yılmaz, who served as Deputy General Manager, was appointed as General Manager of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, and Sezgin Lüle was appointed as General Manager of the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB). Meanwhile, Deputy General Manager Gürler Özkök will continue his duties as the Internal Systems Coordinator of İş Bankası.
