September Evaluation Meeting Held in Sakarya

The September Evaluation Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sakarya Provincial Health Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kayhan Özdemir, with the participation of chief physicians of public hospitals in the city. During the meeting, health services, quality management, hospital capacities, and citizens' access to health services were discussed.

At the September Evaluation Meeting held under the chairmanship of Sakarya Provincial Health Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kayhan Özdemir, the works carried out in hospitals in line with the standards determined by the Ministry of Health were discussed. While new practices and services were evaluated, issues regarding the effective and efficient continuation of health services were reviewed.

Quality management and the improvement of the quality of health services were among the main agenda items of the meeting. The current situation was evaluated and activities aimed at increasing quality standards were consulted upon.

The current service capacity of public hospitals and practices carried out in the field were discussed, aiming for citizens to have more effective access to health services. As a result of the discussions, targets and plans for the upcoming period were determined.
