South Korean Content Creators Promote Kastamonu's Tourism Values to the Far East
Kastamonu's natural and cultural riches are opening up to the Far East market through South Korean social media influencers as part of a program organized in cooperation with KUZKA and Turkish Airlines.
Within the scope of the "Destination Introduction Program" organized to increase Kastamonu's international tourism potential, South Korean content creators experienced the city's historical and natural beauties firsthand.
The initiative, jointly carried out by the Northern Anatolia Development Agency (KUZKA) and Turkish Airlines (THY) Ankara and Kastamonu Regional Directorates, was implemented within the framework of the THY Ankara Plus Project. During the visit, which took place on October 22-23, 2026, social media content creators toured Kastamonu's prominent tourism spots and prepared digital content.
The primary goal of the program was determined as diversifying Kastamonu's target tourism markets and increasing the city's visibility in the Far East geography. The content produced throughout the two-day event reached wide audiences via social media platforms, contributing to the promotion of the region.
