The Square Kiosk features an agentic and conversational voice layer that fully understands the merchant's menu and responds in real time.
Thanks to this system, customers can place orders naturally as if talking to a waiter, ask questions, and request menu modifications.
Hardware and Payment Features
The device features a large 21.5-inch touchscreen and can greet customers as they approach thanks to its presence-detection capability.
During the payment phase, users can easily use the contactless payment reader or card slot.
Pricing and Subscription Terms
The Square Kiosk is available for purchase starting today for $1,999 for businesses with a Square Plus or Premium subscription.
It was also noted that a monthly software fee of $99 will be charged for the device.
