Statements After the Çaykur Rizespor and Trabzonspor Match

Following the match between Çaykur Rizespor and Trabzonspor, the technical directors of both teams, Ekrem Dağ and Thomas Reis, made evaluations.

Çaykur Rizespor Assistant Coach Ekrem Dağ stated that they played a superior game in the first half of the match and took a 2-0 lead, but struggled due to referee decisions. Expressing that they achieved a 3-3 draw after conceding consecutive goals in the second half, Dağ noted that the referee decisions worked against them and that they were saddened to have missed out on the victory.

Trabzonspor Head Coach Thomas Reis, on the other hand, stated that he found his team's performance in the first half insufficient and that Rizespor deserved to go into the locker room with a 2-0 lead. Stating that they reached victory by finding four goals in the second half after the talk he had with his players during the interval, Reis expressed his pride in the struggle shown in the second half.
