The 'Chronology of Lighting in the Light of the Past' exhibition extended until 2027
The collection of lighting tools exhibited at the Rezan Has Museum in Istanbul will remain open to visitors until October 23, 2027, due to high demand.
The duration of the 'In the Light of the Past: A Chronology of Lighting' exhibition, organized at the Kadir Has University Rezan Has Museum as part of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's '102 Exhibitions in the 102nd Year' project, has been extended.
Showcasing the development of lighting tools from prehistoric times to the Islamic period, the exhibition consists of 64 artifacts brought from the Istanbul Archaeology Museums and pieces from the museum's own collection. Featuring approximately 200 items in total, some of the pieces are being presented to the public for the first time.
The exhibition can be visited every day of the week between 09:00 and 18:00 at the Rezan Has Museum within Kadir Has University.
