The Life and Works of Cengiz Dağcı Discussed at a Provincial Panel in Bayburt

Within the scope of Anadolu Mektebi activities in Bayburt, a provincial panel was organized where the life and works of author Cengiz Dağcı were discussed.

At the panel, which was also attended by Provincial Director of National Education Ömer Faruk Kahraman, students discussed Cengiz Dağcı's literary world, his love for his homeland and country, and the historical processes experienced by Crimean Turks. In their presentations, students delivered speeches on the themes of exile, longing for the homeland, identity and belonging, war and captivity, and evaluated the contributions of the author's works to the intellectual world of youth from various perspectives.

Naime Erkovan attended the panel as an evaluation speaker and shared her views on the students' presentations. Meanwhile, the first of the Cengiz Dağcı school panels was held at Bayburt Science High School, the second at Milli İrade Anatolian High School, and the third at Anatolian Imam Hatip High School.
