Threshold Point Exhibition Opens at Muse Contemporary

The 'Threshold Point' exhibition, which documents the effects of climate change in the Arctic region by Süha Derbent and Dr. Murat Uslu, has opened to visitors at the Muse Contemporary Art Gallery.

Muse Contemporary Art Gallery is hosting the exhibition titled 'Threshold Point,' which focuses on the effects of the climate crisis on the ecosystem. The exhibition, a product of three years of exploration by Süha Derbent and Dr. Murat Uslu, features photographs and video recordings taken along a route starting from Baffin Island in Canada in 2024 and extending to Svalbard, Norway.

The exhibition draws attention to the destruction caused by the climate crisis by documenting the changes in the habitats of creatures such as polar bears, seals, walruses, and whales, as well as the melting of glaciers. The exhibition, which also includes an interactive installation prepared by designer Deniz Derbent, can be visited until November 5, 2026.
