For buyers who cannot pay their entire debt, a partial payment option is offered, and a 25 percent discount is provided on the deposited amount for payments of at least 25 percent of the debt balance.
Who Can Apply
Beneficiaries whose repayment installments started no later than the end of June 2025 and whose remaining number of installments is not 12 months or less can benefit from the campaign. As of the application date, the installments for the relevant month must be paid, and there must be no overdue installments and real estate tax debts.
Application and Credit Opportunities
Applications are made through intermediary banks that carry out sales transactions. While title deeds are given to buyers who close their debt in projects where condominium ownership has been established, citizens are required to have a document showing the real estate declaration value obtained from the municipality and a Compulsory Earthquake Insurance (DASK) policy during the application. Buyers will also be able to use housing loans from intermediary banks to close their debts.
