TOKİ is offering 725 plots of land for sale by auction in 61 provinces

The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), operating under the Ministry of Environment, and Urbanization and Climate Change, has announced that it will put a total of 725 plots of land up for sale across 61 provinces via an auction method on November 5-6.

Buyers will be able to acquire plots designated for residential, commercial, tourism, education, agriculture, industrial, sports, urban development, unplanned areas, recreation areas, storage areas, gas station areas, logistics facility areas, and afforestation areas with a 20 or 25 percent down payment and a 48-month maturity option. Some properties will be offered for sale on a cash-payment basis.

It was reported that the total estimated value of the plots to be put up for auction exceeds 29.1 billion liras.
