Total air travel from the UK increased by 0.7% in the January-August period of 2026 compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 200.7 million. However, this growth was not reflected equally across all destinations, and the Turkish market diverged negatively.

Additionally, Alicante recorded a 6.8% growth and Malaga 4.2%.
