22-year-old forward Franculino Dju, whom Trabzonspor added to their squad from Midtjylland for a transfer fee of 25 million Euros, has become one of the effective names in the team's attacking line with 5 goals and 3 assists in 7 official matches.
22-year-old forward Franculino Dju, signed by Trabzonspor from Midtjylland at the end of the summer transfer window for a fee of 25 million Euros, has displayed a performance of 5 goals and 3 assists in 7 official matches played in the burgundy-blue jersey.
Finding a chance to play after Paul Onuachu's injury, the Guinea-Bissau player has contributed to the score in all of the last 5 official matches. Scoring 3 goals in 2 Conference League matches, Dju also provided an assist in the Beşiktaş derby. The young player, who only failed to contribute to the score in the Konya away game, has secured an important place in head coach Thomas Reis's attacking plans alongside Salah.
Assessment: The statistical rise shown in a short time by Dju, the most expensive transfer in the club's history, stands out as an important data point in terms of compensating for the absence of Onuachu in the team's attacking line.
