Trustee Appointed to Halk TV and Broadcasts Suspended
In the early hours of the morning, police teams raided the Halk TV building, appointed a trustee to its management, and suspended television broadcasting.
Halk TV was subjected to a police raid at around 05:15 in the morning, a trustee was appointed, and the channel's broadcasts were completely halted.

Halk TV programmer Deniz Bayramoğlu announced that the channel faced the appointment of a trustee at 05:15 in the morning and that the police were searching the building.
It was reported that teams from the Financial Crimes, Smuggling and Organized Crime, and Counter-Terrorism branches were conducting investigations in the building and that the trustee committee took over the management.

In statements made via Halk TV's official social media accounts, it was confirmed that police teams entered the building.
Following these developments, it was officially announced to the public that the channel's television broadcasts had been completely halted.

Özgür Özel stated that a police raid on a television channel at dawn and the appointment of a trustee are unacceptable.
