An analysis conducted by data analyst Burak Koçer using Google Trends data revealed Turkey's digital agenda and search trends between 2021 and 2025. The study details the digital reflections of social events and popular culture on an annual basis.

While "EBA login" and vaccine appointment searches came to the fore in 2021 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the South Korean series Squid Game received intense interest across all provinces in the latter period of the year. The year 2022 was shaped by economic and geopolitical topics such as the Russia-Ukraine war, minimum wage increases, and the retirement age (EYT) regulation.

In 2023, the February 6 earthquakes were at the center of searches nationwide; besides this, election results, political figures, and developments in Gaza drew attention. In 2024, local elections, EURO 2024, the Turkey-Hungary match, and the TV series Bahar and Gaddar ranked at the top of the search lists.

In 2025, earthquake queries increased once again. During this period, artificial intelligence tools like Gemini, developments in Iran and Gaza, as well as Eşref Rüya, Uzak Şehir, and the new season of Squid Game were among the most searched topics by users.
