Urgent expropriation decision for the Kizilirmak-Kirsehir energy line project
With a Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette, it has been decided that certain immovable properties will be urgently expropriated by TEIAS within the scope of the 154 kV Kizilirmak-Kirsehir energy transmission line project.
In accordance with the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette, an urgent expropriation process has been initiated for the immovable properties located on the routes determined for the implementation of the 154 kV (Kizilirmak TM-Kirsehir TM) Brş.N-Alic DGES TM Energy Transmission Line Project.
Within the scope of the project to be carried out by the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEIAS) General Directorate, it was decided to expropriate the pole locations through ownership and the conductor oscillation clearance through the establishment of an easement right. The decision in question covers the immovable properties that fall within the routes shown on the relevant map.
