Vincenzo Montella Waives His Receivable from Adana Demirspor

Former Adana Demirspor head coach Vincenzo Montella has waived his receivable amounting to 330,000 Euros from the club. Following this development, TFF Board Member Hasan Surözü and Adana Demirspor President Ertan Zeybek came together to convey their thanks to the experienced manager.

At the meeting held at the Adana Demirspor Club facilities, Vincenzo Montella's waiver of his receivable from the club was discussed. TFF Board Member Hasan Surözü stated that Montella made a significant gesture during a difficult period, saying, "Montella made a great gesture of friendship and honor. Thanks to this place, his path led to the national team. Adana gained from Montella, and Montella gained from Adana."

Adana Demirspor President Ertan Zeybek stated that Montella's decision saved the club from a potential FIFA penalty and the risk of point deduction. Zeybek announced that over a 10-month period, they reduced the total debt of 3.5 million Euros down to approximately 347,000 Euros and closed 9 files.
