World of Warcraft Midnight: Echoes of the Worldcore Update Announced
World of Warcraft has announced the Midnight content update featuring a new story campaign, the Talebound game mode, and Lorewalking quests.
The new Midnight content update for World of Warcraft, titled Echoes of the Worldcore, invites players back to Dornogal to seek a path to the Worldcore while introducing numerous new features.
Return to Dornogal Campaign
Following the breach of the Worldcore by Xal'atath, players will seek ways to reach it through the damaged Coreway in Dornogal.
Working alongside Arator, Brinthe, Dagran, and Brann to solve the mysteries beyond the Worldcore, players will experience a brand-new story campaign.
Talebound Mode and Cosmetics
The new PvE action RPG game mode, Talebound, immerses players in the dark and eerie tales of a mysterious Storyteller.
Playable solo or with friends, this mode allows players to earn Bound Silver currency while fighting enemies to acquire various cosmetic rewards.
Lorewalking Quests
Players level 10 and above have the opportunity to explore iconic lore moments of Azeroth accompanied by Apprentice Lorewalker Li Li Stormstout.
Through four distinct story lines focusing on Jaina, Thrall, the Titans, and Tyr, players can learn about the history and motivations of these characters.
Turbulent Timeways Returns
With disturbances detected in the Timeways by the Bronze Dragonflight, the eight-week Turbulent Timeways event is returning.
Players who complete Timewalking dungeons will earn experience-boosting buffs while also gaining access to new housing decoration items.
Omnium Folio Expansion
With the Echoes of the Worldcore update, players can earn two additional Motes of Omnial Inquiry, and two new runes have been added to the system.
The Rune of Empowerment and Rune of Critical Mass runes enhance player abilities, providing various advantages in combat.
