Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Processes Supported in Vietnam

With the notice dated October 19, 2026, issued by the Government Office, it is aimed to create favorable conditions for Vietnamese youth to start businesses, innovate, and contribute to the country's development.
The Government Office issued Notice No. 535/TB-VPCP dated October 19, 2026, summarizing the outcomes of Prime Minister Le Minh Hung at the 2026 Youth Dialogue Program. The statement noted that the Vietnamese Party and State show deep concern for youth, and legal regulations and policies are institutionalized to support their development.
It was stated that youth have achieved significant success in academic fields, scientific research, technological development, innovation, and digital transformation. While young engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs contributed to artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things, FinTech, and blockchain, they participated in digital government and society processes through community groups they established.
