Court of Cassation Decision on Break Times: New Regulation for Work Exceeding 11 Hours
In line with the Court of Cassation decision, break times for work exceeding 11 hours have been redetermined. According to the new regulation, at least 1.5 hours of rest break will be granted for work between 11 and 13 hours, and 2 hours for work exceeding 13 hours.
