In the event that parents reject artificial intelligence tools, the school administration and teachers will be obligated to provide students with an alternative educational tool of similar quality.
Implementation Schedule and Scope
School districts have been given until July 1, 2027, to finalize their artificial intelligence policies, and the rule covers the entire system from pre-kindergarten through university.
