Under this partnership, Anomaly will provide additional data and analytics support to Inova to evaluate payer behaviors and payment outcomes.
Financial Results Achieved in the Initial Period
Erin Hodson, Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Inova Health, stated that every dollar recovered is reinvested directly back into patients and communities.
According to the press release, Inova identified $10.4 million in recovered revenue opportunities in the first ninety days of the partnership, with an anticipated ongoing revenue impact of approximately $3.8 million on a monthly basis.

Mike Desjadon, Chief Executive Officer of Anomaly, emphasized that the tools provided help prevent families from encountering erroneous denials.
Last June, Anomaly launched its Manage offering, which reviews all claims across all payers within a health system's contract and synthesizes contract data with claims.
