Denver Social Club Saves Up to 15 Hours a Week with ChatGPT Work
Preparing for its second location, the Denver-based family club has started using the AI tool to manage administrative tasks and accelerate license applications.
Denver-based family club The Den Family Social has adopted the ChatGPT Work system to alleviate the growing administrative workload during the construction and pre-opening period of its second location. The small team saves between 10 and 15 hours a week as a result.
AI Support During the Second Location Process
Founded by Chandler Lipe and bringing parents and children together, The Den Family Social turned to artificial intelligence technology to cope with the increasing workload during the preparation process for its second location.
Major Acceleration in License and Grant Applications
Using Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive extensions, the business asked ChatGPT Work to gather and analyze information across the enterprise.
The application for a second liquor license, which normally would have taken four days, was reduced to a three-hour review and completion process thanks to the system.
Additionally, grant application timelines were cut from three days to just two hours, yielding massive efficiency gains.
Operational Planning and Use of the Voice Assistant
Club leaders also actively use ChatGPT to handle inquiries, develop proposals, conduct financial analysis, and perform operational planning.
Founder Chandler Lipe utilizes the ChatGPT Voice feature during travels to draft emails and organize follow-up tasks.
Future Plans and Customized Systems
The Den team plans to explore Codex in the future to build customized systems such as a member app and Slack alerts.
