Strategic Meeting with Experts in Canada
As part of his visit to Canada, General Secretary and President To Lam met with Vietnamese experts and intellectuals in the country. More than twenty experts working in fields such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, cybersecurity, energy, and innovation attended the meeting.
Advanced Technology and Scientific Cooperation Proposals
During the meeting, experts working at leading institutions in Canada and North America proposed the establishment of national-level joint programs in artificial intelligence, 6G, cybersecurity, and quantum computing. In addition, concrete cooperation steps regarding strategic minerals and climate change were discussed.
Semiconductor Infrastructure and Human Resources
Experts from McGill University proposed joint models on composite semiconductors and chip design. Meanwhile, a professor from HEC Montreal pointed out that human resource development should be placed at the center of the innovation ecosystem.
Support and Evaluations from Leaders
