International Artificial Intelligence Experts Summit Begins in Ha Long
Approximately 200 experts from the world's leading research institutions have arrived in Vietnam for an international conference in Ha Long to discuss AI circuits and systems.
Around 200 international scientists specializing in artificial intelligence circuits and systems from prestigious educational and research institutions around the globe have arrived in Vietnam to attend the 8th IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Circuits and Systems in Ha Long.
Location and Date of the Conference
Hosted by the Information Technology Institute of Vietnam National University, the 8th IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Circuits and Systems will be held in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, from September 16 to 18, 2026.
Nature of the Organization
IEEE AICAS 2026 stands out as the society's flagship international scientific event, conducted in English and implemented under the technical sponsorship of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society.
Thematic Areas to be Discussed
Throughout the three-day event, strategic topics such as artificial intelligence computing architecture, in-memory computing, hardware and software design, neuromorphic systems, and artificial intelligence in edge devices will be addressed.
Application Areas
Within the scope of the conference, the practical impacts of artificial intelligence on the Internet of Things, healthcare services, robotic systems, autonomous vehicles, and smart applications will be comprehensively discussed.

Numerous academicians from the world's leading universities, such as Tsinghua, Peking, Tokyo, National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, ETH Zurich, Seoul National University, and Sorbonne, will take part in the event.
