The leadership team of the committee includes Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson, Pentagon Chief Technology Officer Emil Michael, and Office of Personnel Management Director Scott Kupor.

In addition to these individuals among the other members of the board, the panel will report directly to President Donald Trump and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.
