Digital lending institution Kissht aims to strengthen its decision-making mechanisms using artificial intelligence technologies and transform into a broad financial services company.

Artificial Intelligence and Customer Base

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ranvir Singh shared the company's future growth plans during statements made at the Global Fintech Fest in Mumbai. Kissht noted that it has served more than 12 million customers to date.

New Financial Product Diversity

The company aims to expand its range by going beyond lending relationships with new products such as insurance, mutual funds, and loans against property. Product diversity is being increased in line with this goal.

Growth Targets and Financial Results

Kissht has recorded a 20 to 30 percent increase in approval rates thanks to its artificial intelligence initiatives. The company aims for a growth rate of 40 percent while intending to preserve its return on investment.
