Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei stated that he partially agrees with a former researcher's warnings that artificial intelligence could destroy humanity, expressing that companies in the industry should slow down the development pace of this powerful technology.

Warnings from Former Researcher

Jacob Coxon, who previously served as a researcher at Anthropic, drew attention to the risks by publicly stating that advanced artificial intelligence has the potential to destroy humanity by the end of this decade.
