This strategic partnership was designed to meet the growing demand for sovereign AI and keep data, intelligence, computing, and operations under the customer's control.
Integration and Deployment of Models
Mistral will integrate its artificial intelligence models with Cloudera's hybrid data platform, thereby offering enterprises a wide range of use cases.
This will allow businesses to easily deploy AI models across private and public cloud environments, on-premises systems, and isolated network environments.

The partnership announcement was shared with the public right after Mistral's record-breaking 3 billion euro Series D funding round.
As a result of this massive investment round, the market valuation of the French AI startup reached the level of 21 billion euros.
